Order Processing
Please allow 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process. Uber-Raw does not ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders will be shipped from Bengaluru, India on a standard workday.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder.
Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In this case, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or by check mailed to the address listed for the order for the amount initially paid. For refunds issued to the original payment method, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
All orders are reviewed by our security team and can be cancelled by Uber-Raw at any time.
Once your order has been processed by our fulfilments team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information enclosed.
Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods.
Pre-order policy
Items that are marked as pre-order are expected to ship upon arrival to our facility. All customers are charged at checkout for pre-order items to the payment method provided. Shipping Methods
Shipping is free across India.
Uber-Raw offers complimentary One-day Shipping to Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad. Two-day shipping for any other city and town. Duration of shipping starts from the day of pick-up by shipping partner. Neither Uber-Raw or Blue-Dart can guarantee time duration as it is subject to many variables including weather, political stability, natural disasters, government restrictions, logistical failure, etc.
International Shipping:
Uber-Raw offers worldwide shipping at flat 3500₹ shipping fee! Shipping duration is subject to air connectivity with-in DHL-BlueDart network.
Any sanctions and/or customs related fees, subject to countries political and financial rules and regulations, has to be paid above and beyond, to their respective countries governing authorities. UberRaw will be only responsible for shipping cost via Blue-dart or DHL.
All international orders will be shipped via DHL/Blue-dart. Shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for the 24 hour order processing window.
Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs. Also, review and make sure if your country has laid any sanctions on shipments from India.
